Windows 2008 下配置php 提示http 错误500 发生未知 FastCGI 错误代码0x800736b1

出现这个问题呢，因为亲下载的php 是高版本，如php5.3.x以上的。后面的php 是用c写的，所以呢需要先安装 Visual C++ 2008 库后才能正常编译哦。报错的东西请果断下载吧！Visual C++ 2008
